2. Use
Medical protective gloves Medical gloves are generally used as protective equipment for medical operations. They can protect the skin of the operator from injury and infection, and prevent the operator's body from being soaked by bacteria and dirt carried by the operator.
3. Main production areas and export areas

4. Test method
According to the regulations of GB7543-96, heavy and light gloves will be inflated one by one, and the rubber membrane will be inspected manually after swelling about once. The wrist opening can be stretched out by hand (the fingers are generally not spread out). If a defect is found, the wrist can be partially enlarged twice for inspection.
The length (total length from the middle of the fingertip to the vertical direction of the wrist) and width (1/2 of the circumference of the palm at the base of the thumb) of the glove are measured by flattening the product and measuring with a millimeter scale.
Measure the thickness with a rubber thickness gauge with a 0.01mm scale, and then calculate the thickness of the single layer. The arithmetic average is taken from three points at the measurement position: fingers (approximately 10 mm from the top of the middle finger), palm (near the center), and wrist (approximately 25 mm from the side), but the thickness of the thin part should not be less than 1 of the thickness of the thick part /2.
The testing methods for the physical and mechanical properties of gloves must be carried out in accordance with the following standards.
5. Chemical composition
The inspection of the chemical composition of gloves mainly refers to the inspection of raw and auxiliary materials, such as natural latex, ZnO, EZ, antioxidant 1# and antioxidant 2#. The specific inspection methods shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the "Compilation of Raw Material Conditions and Test Methods for Latex Industry".
6. Packaging, storage and transportation
The packaging of sterilized gloves must be sealed with a composite film to prevent the sterilization effect from being affected. Pay attention to avoid damp and rain during transportation to prevent damage on the way.
7. Matters needing attention in production
The production equipment of this product has strong continuity and large production capacity. Therefore, mass production is required when arranging production. Generally, at least hundreds of thousands of pairs of a variety must be continuously produced to ensure process control, reduce loss, and improve quality. At the same time, we must adhere to the principle of first production and then sales to avoid excessive inventory time and affect quality.
